AIMO™ wants to make people fit for sport, work and everyday life in the long term and keep them injury-free. After the AIMO™ movement scan, you will therefore receive individual training recommendations in the form of routines. These routines are designed to be optimally integrated into your everyday life and enable you to develop new, healthy routines. The lowest-threshold of these routines is the 2-minute routine. The AIMO™ training consists of two components: Neurocentric (N) and Musculoskeletal (MSK) training:

Neurocentric (N) training

Neuro-centered training starts where movement originates: in the brain. The training involves all three systems that control movement: Eyes, balance and movement and places a strong focus on breathing. This allows you to holistically train your physical functions that you use in everyday life - literally from head to toe.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) training

People naturally like to move. Movements happen unconsciously and change over time. Every healthy person has the skills for sensible and smooth gross and fine motor skills. What children can still do almost automatically often becomes distorted in the later years of life. Inappropriate body positions, a lot of sitting, evasive movement patterns due to one-sided, incorrect or too much strain in everyday life, sport and work, and above all a lack of exercise prevent many adults from using their muscles in a targeted and appropriate way.

This throws the body out of balance and creates imbalances or weak points. These weak points can lead to painful tension or blockages, significantly increase the risk of injury and reduce performance in sport, work and everyday life.

AIMO's MSK training is scan-based and focuses on correcting weak points and imbalances in your body. The main focus is on stability and mobility training.
