What is „AIMO gesund bewegt“?

  • AIMO gesund bewegt is a certified digital prevention course that helps you: understand your movement better
  • Recognize movement risks at an early stage
  • Integrate healthy exercise into your everyday life in the long term

And: to sustainably improve your self-efficacy

The course is not focused on performance or training success, but on health, prevention and self-efficacy.

Who is the course suitable for?

The course is ideal for you if you:

  • have little time for traditional sports programs
  • sit or commute a lot
  • notice the first symptoms (e.g. back, neck, hips)
  • want to remain mobile and independent
  • are looking for a gentle, well-founded introduction to healthy exercise

No previous knowledge necessary. The course is deliberately low-threshold.

How is the course structured?

Course duration & structure 12 weeks

Flexible use - approx. 30 minutes of exercise per week is recommended

Target: 360 minutes of exercise within 3 months

You decide when you train, for how long and at what pace!

The training sessions are:

  • short (often 5-15 minutes)
  • clearly instructed (video & audio)
  • without devices
  • Can also be implemented with little energy

You can:

  • Filter workouts (e.g. body regions)
  • Adapt or skip exercises
  • Pause or restart at any time

Why the course works:

The course is based on the principle of movement-related self-efficacy. This means

  • You understand why you are doing something
  • You experience that you can implement it
  • You realize that small steps have an effect

Motivation does not come from pressure, but from security and clarity.
