Access via partner health insurance
Should you use the „AIMO healthy movement“ prevention course via one of our partner insurance companies in the app, you will not be reimbursed. So you don't need to worry about anything else.
For self-payers
For the refund, you will need the proof of purchase of the prevention course, which you will receive by email from Apple or Google after the in-app purchase or which you can request from Apple or Google after your purchase.
You submit the proof of purchase together with the certificate of attendance for the successfully completed prevention course to your health insurance company.
You can obtain a certificate of attendance directly from the „Download the “AIMO gesund bewegt" app. To do this, go to the menu item „Participant documents“ in the side menu.
Make sure that you fill in any missing fields on the certificate of participation, such as your account details.
Please note that your health insurance provider may limit reimbursement of preventive measures per person to 1-2 measures per year. You can obtain further information about this directly from your health insurance provider.
