Reimbursement through health insurance
Prerequisites:
Refund policy Reimbursement depends on the provider of your health insurance. As a rule, it is necessary to achieve the course goal.

Target price: The goal is to complete a total of 360 minutes of training within three consecutive months. You can start the 3-month period at any time within one year of purchase.

Certificate of attendanceOnce the target has been reached, a certificate of participation is provided directly in the app. You can submit this together with your proof of payment to your health insurance company to claim reimbursement.
For self-payers:
Pay for the app in advance and complete 360 minutes of training within three consecutive months. Once the target has been reached, you will receive a certificate in the app that you can use for reimbursement.
For users with partner health insurance:
If your insurance partner is AIMO, you can use the app without prepayment. Simply select your insurer on the payment page and start immediately. However, the course target must be reached to retain access.
The certificate for partner insurances does not contain any price information, as the costs are covered by the insurance company.
Restrictions:
Reimbursement is generally limited to 1-2 prevention programs per year.
Only adults aged 18 and over with residence and health insurance in Germany are eligible for reimbursement.
Long-term access:
At the end of the year, you can access non-personalized training materials in video and audio formats.
Depending on the insurer, the app can be repurchased and reimbursed.
