As the „AIMO gesund bewegt“ app is not yet certified and therefore cannot yet go live in the app stores, the app must be installed and tested via specific mechanisms in the Apple and Google stores as follows:
In „AIMO gesund bewegt”, we do not specify a certain number of units, but define 360 minutes as the minimum duration of training routines that users invest in order to achieve a significant increase in self-efficacy for regular and healthy exercise. Users decide for themselves which exercise routine, how long, where and to what extent they integrate it into their daily routine.
We recommend a training workload of 30 minutes per week. Users should adapt the number of sessions and the duration of each session to their individual situation. We generally recommend rather short training routines to build up regularity in the daily routine. The individual training routines in the „AIMO gesund bewegt“ app therefore have adjustable min/max values for the planned duration of a training session. They vary from 2-45 minutes and are based on training and sports science standards.
If users have completed a total of 360 minutes of training routines with the „AIMO gesund bewegt“ app over 3 months after using the app, then the prevention program has been successfully completed.
The document „AIMO gesund bewegt Trainingskonzept als Stundenverlaufsplan“ (AIMO healthy moves training concept as a timetable) describes in great detail the procedure for insured persons who are interested in the course.
Here is a brief summary of the steps in the examination process:
1. download the app AIMO gesund bewegt from the respective app store
2. Registration to use the app (set username & password)
3. users are automatically directed to the first scan.
4 After the scan, users are automatically directed to the first training session.
5. the first reflection after training
6. users then make their own decision: do they like the course or not?
7. if you like it: call up the app again at a suitable time, Log in via user name/password
7.1 If the app is called up within 48 hours of registration, the second scan and the second training session are still free (the paywall must be closed using the X symbol).
7.2 If the app is accessed more than 48 hours after registration, the paywall for payment will appear and can no longer be skipped. After successfully purchasing the course, you can use the app without any restrictions.
7.3 Users can see the number of training minutes, the trend of the movement score and the training sessions in the „Progress“ tab.
7.4 The process of registering, scanning, training and reflecting is always the same and unchanged for users.

9. if you like it and after 360 minutes of training with AIMO gesund bewegt, you will receive a message after the training that the course has been successfully completed and you can download the confirmation of participation. It is also pointed out that you can use the app with the registered access via username/password for 1 year.
The safest way to ensure that you have the latest version of the AIMO healthy moves app is to reinstall it. To do this, uninstall or delete the app from your smartphone. The app can then be reinstalled from the Play Store (Android) or from Testflight (iOS) (see the following points on installation).
To test the registration process, you as a tester must create a completely new account. After registering this account, you can use a re-registration The payment function can also be tested in this same account.
