EZIB - Study on movement intelligence

The first ZPP-certified
Movement app

Your chance to move more - without discomfort

AIMO combines artificial intelligence with neuroathletics and behavioral and exercise science to increase physical and mental performance.

What are the advantages of participating in the study?

AIMO supports you in your decision-making process

„Should I see a doctor or can I remain active?“

Be the first to benefit from the concentrated knowledge of doctors, physiotherapists, personal trainers and movement and sports scientists combined in a unique recommendation AI.

One solution - three modules

After a brief introduction, AIMO analyzes your movement risk. You carry out various movement tests and answer questions on an easy-to-understand graphical user interface.

Specifically, it is about:

1. movements that are recorded and evaluated using your smartphone camera, among other things

2. questions about your state of health

3. questions on physical and sporting activity

4. questions on self-efficacy

5. pain analysis

The screening module is a completely digital process that becomes a closed loop („reflection space“) through the other two modules. This “reflection space” enables you to become more aware of your own state of health.

The second module „Recommendation AI“ or analysis calculates the exercise risk based on your information and the exercise screening and displays the result of the calculation (low, medium and high risk) as well as colors for the individual risk levels (green, yellow or red).

The result is explained and individual measures and specific recommendations for risk reduction are proposed

In the third module, you have the opportunity to take advantage of individual, needs-based recommendations.

The following suggestions are available to you:

  1. Online training without specialist support → Access to the AIMO™ app with integrated pain analysis
  2. Individual, needs-based support from an e-coach → Access to the AIMO™ app with pain integration and regular check-ups with the e-coach for motivation and success monitoring
  3. Support from medical experts → Printout of the recorded user details (medical history form) and screening results for the doctor's visit

AIMO the first ZPP-certified exercise app

AIMO analyzes your movement during a squat. It identifies physical imbalances and uses these to determine your weak points. AIMO then focuses your training precisely on your weak points to bring you back into balance.

You don't need any extra hardware. All you need is a mobile device and about 1 minute of your time and your highly personalized training can begin. You specify how much time you can spend on it and how difficult or easy your training should be.
